Privacy policy

SHRTWRKS collects the information needed to manage your membership, process payment, produce your order, and deliver it to you.

Information we collect

When you join, Stripe collects payment and billing information. We receive your contact details, shirt size, shipping address, subscription status, and order history. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to operate purchases and memberships, send receipts and release notices, prevent fraud, provide support, and fulfill orders through our production partner Printify.

Campaign and referral parameters may be kept in temporary browser session storage and attached to Stripe checkout records so we can understand which launch efforts lead to memberships.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments, Printify produces and ships garments, Netlify hosts this website, and Resend stores the SHRTWRKS edition list and delivers email. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from edition emails at any time, and update or cancel a membership through the Stripe customer portal. To request access to or deletion of other account information, email hello@shrtwrks.com.
