Shipping & returns
Shipping
Each shirt is printed to order. Allow 2-10 business days for production, followed by carrier transit. Shipping is $4.99 per shirt within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Replacements
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size because of a production error, email hello@shrtwrks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement.
Returns
Because every shirt is made for its buyer, we cannot accept returns for preference, fit, or an incorrectly selected size. Check the size guide before ordering.
Membership changes
Members can update payment details or cancel future renewals from the customer portal. Cancellation does not reverse an edition that has already entered production.
