Terms of sale

One-time purchases

Store purchases are charged once at $22 per shirt plus $4.99 U.S. shipping and applicable tax. The checkout page shows the complete total before purchase. New memberships are closed.

Existing monthly memberships

Existing memberships continue at their agreed rate until canceled. The founding rate is $19.99 per month plus recurring shipping and applicable tax. This store update does not change an existing subscription.

Production and delivery

Each edition is made to order. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will communicate material delays. Tracking is sent when available.

Changes and cancellation

You may cancel before your next renewal through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Orders already in production cannot be canceled.

Returns

Contact hello@shrtwrks.com within 30 days of delivery about a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item and include your order number and a photo. Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns for preference, fit, or an incorrectly selected size.

One-time editions

A one-time order is charged once at the price and shipping amount shown in checkout. It does not create a recurring membership.

Referral credits

The founding referral promotion is closed for new store purchases. Previously earned credits are not removed. Contact us for help using an existing credit.
